Maximum attention!<\/h4>\n<p>The most <strong>dangerous<\/strong> are those of chicken, pork and lamb, which, by breaking and becoming particularly sharp, can tear the dog&#8217;s stomach.<\/p>\n<p>Prefer bones that are particularly large, thus difficult to chip, and only from cattle.<\/p>\n<p>Give a few<em> pieces of bread<\/em> to Fido if he is fond of it but make sure it is<em> stale<\/em> by a few days so it is more digestible and helpful in fortifying the gums.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"Fai-attenzione-anche-a-tutti-quei-frutti-che-contengono-semi-o-noccioli\">Also beware of all those fruits that contain seeds or kernels<\/h4>\n<p>If ingested, they can cause intestinal obstruction that, if not diagnosed in time, can be fatal.<\/p>\n<p>It is also recommended that <strong>avocados<\/strong> should never be fed to the dog.<\/p>\n<p>As strange as it sounds, juicy, succulent <em>grapes<\/em> are also dangerous for dogs: they can in fact cause<em>kidney failure<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Vegetables such as cabbage should also be avoided; mushrooms, even those suitable for human consumption, are also found to be toxic.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"Assolutamente-vietati-cioccolato-e-dolci\">Absolutely no chocolate and sweets<\/h4>\n<p>Even your darling is entitled to a sweet break now and then, but far be it from giving him <a style=\"color: #00508a;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.clinicalaveterinaria.it\/avvelenamento-da-cioccolato\/\">chocolate<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Chocolate contains cocoa and is <strong>toxic<\/strong> because of the theobromine it contains.<\/p>\n<p>The dark one, in fact, even if ingested in small amounts can bring discomfort such as vomiting and diarrhea and, in severe cases, can prove lethal.<\/p>\n<p>Sweets in general can lead to digestive problems, and excessive sugar intake can lead to obesity, the development of diabetes, and the onset of dental problems.<\/p>\n<p>Same for foods without sugar but with artificial sweeteners that are still harmful to the dog&#8217;s health.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"Ai-cani-non-si-danno-gli-avanzi\">Dogs are not given leftovers!<\/h4>\n<p>Dogs are not garbage disposals, and the leftovers from our table are totally unsuitable foods for their diet: all the more so if they are spicy, peppery and fatty, throw them in the wet waste where it is right for you to confer them.<\/p>\n<p>Same for expired or gone bad foods, would you eat them?
